A trusted long-term recruitment partner for employers across Europe, measured by successful placements, repeat partnerships and workers who remain in their roles.

What we hold to

We give employers realistic, destination-specific timelines based on the current process, not optimistic promises. Candidates receive clear information about the employer, role and employment conditions before travel.

Why employers and workers trust us

Six principles guide how we recruit, communicate and support every placement.

  1. Transparent recruitment costs

Recruitment costs, responsibilities and any applicable fees are explained clearly before the process begins. Romania-specific placement-fee rules are published separately under Trust & Compliance.

  2. We check the legal route before accepting the order

Before recruitment begins, we verify that the role, destination and employer route meet the applicable legal conditions. Destination-specific requirements are checked before the order proceeds.

  3. Capability is verified before presentation

Candidates are screened and interviewed before presentation. Practical or technical assessments are used where relevant to the role and employer requirement.

  4. One accountable point of contact

One accountable point of contact coordinates the project from requirement through mobilisation and remains available for ongoing support after arrival.

  5. We do not promise what authorities decide

Authority decisions and processing times are outside our control. We provide realistic estimates based on the applicable destination-country procedure and keep employers informed when timelines change.

  6. International reach, coordinated from Bucharest

Our Bucharest team coordinates international sourcing through our network of offices and recruitment partners, supporting employers and projects across Europe.
