What we do

Training & Orientation

We prepare workers for international employment with practical, cultural and country-specific training, so they arrive informed, confident and ready to work.

How it works

A structured training process

What we do at each stage, in the order it happens, for every training and pre-departure programme.

  1. Identify requirements

We agree the job roles, destination and any specific training needs with the employer.

  2. Deliver training

We provide the agreed training modules, in person or online, through qualified trainers and partners.

  3. Assess readiness

We evaluate basic skills, knowledge and preparedness to check that candidates are ready for deployment.

  4. Pre-departure support

We provide final briefings, travel guidance and practical information before departure.

  5. Ongoing guidance

We remain available to answer questions and support workers and employers during the initial period after arrival.

Our training modules

Practical training for real opportunities

  1. Job preparation

Workplace expectations, basic skills and professional behaviour.

  2. Law and country orientation

Key information on local laws, culture and daily life in the destination country.

  3. Basic language training

Practical communication for work and everyday situations, where required.

  4. Health and safety

Workplace safety, good practices and risk awareness.

  5. Travel and arrival

What to expect during travel, at the airport and on arrival.

  6. Cultural awareness

Living and working in a new environment, respect and cultural sensitivity.
