Trust & compliance

Recruiting responsibly

Eurozone is committed to ethical recruitment, legal compliance, data protection and transparent cooperation with candidates, employers and recruitment partners.

What we commit to

  1. A registered company

Eurozone Recruiting SRL, CUI 44484026, registered under J40/10868/2021, with its registered office in Bucharest.

  2. The worker pays no fee

The employer funds recruitment. In Romania, art. 23(6) of OUG 32/2026 forbids a placement agency to charge the worker any fee, and we do not.

  3. Written terms before departure

Employment conditions are set out in writing before any application is filed, and no offer is presented as something it is not.

  4. Candidate data protection

Candidate files are used only for recruitment, seen only by authorised staff, and kept no longer than our privacy notice says.

  5. Against trafficking and coercion

Our policy prohibits keeping workers' passports or identity documents, unauthorised deductions and recruitment by deception.

  6. Reporting a concern

Fraud, misconduct, fee disputes, misuse of data or the treatment of a worker can be reported to our office at any time.
