Professional driver recruitment

From driver selection to the road ahead.

We recruit and assess professional drivers, coordinate the licence and qualification route, and support employers and drivers through deployment.

  • C / CE trucks
  • D / DE buses and coaches
  • Specialist transport

More than recruitment. A coordinated qualification route.

From selection at assessment centres to licence checks, Code 95 and role-specific ADR training, we coordinate each stage with the relevant authorities and approved providers.

The route is confirmed individually for the issuing country, destination and existing qualifications.

A typical route for drivers recruited to Romania

From selection centre to Code 95.

  1. Selection at assessment centres

Review experience, vehicle categories and practical driving skills.

  2. Licence & eligibility checks

Verify licence authenticity, category entitlements and exchange eligibility before proceeding.

  3. Employer selection & offer

Confirm the role, employment conditions and required qualifications.

  4. Work authorisation & arrival

Coordinate the right-to-work, visa and arrival steps that apply.

  5. Medical checks & licence exchange

Coordinate required fitness checks and Romanian licence exchange where eligible.

  6. Code 95 preparation

Arrange the applicable initial qualification or periodic training route with approved providers.

  7. Assessment & qualification documents

Complete required examinations and obtain the relevant qualification evidence.

  8. Final checks & onboarding

Confirm valid licence, Code 95 evidence and all role-specific documents before deployment.

Indicative route: stages may overlap or differ. Licence exchange is not automatic; existing qualifications may change the steps required.

Code 95 and ADR: two different qualifications.

Code 95

Professional driver qualification

Evidence of the applicable professional qualification for covered truck and bus driving work. The route depends on the driver's existing entitlements and training history.

  • Initial qualification or periodic training, as applicable.

Recorded on the licence or a recognised qualification document.

ADR

Dangerous-goods transport

A separate driver training certificate for dangerous-goods work where required. Basic training and any specialist modules must match the assignment.

  • Basic ADR
  • Tank specialisation where required

ADR does not replace the driving licence or Code 95.

Training for the assignment

Prepare for the vehicle. Understand the responsibility.

We coordinate role-specific preparation through approved training providers.

  • Safe vehicle handling and practical assessment
  • Professional qualification preparation
  • ADR awareness, handling and emergency procedures
  • Tank specialisation for relevant dangerous-goods roles

Driver training and ADR preparation

The documents are checked together.

  • Driving licence & categories
  • Code 95 evidence
  • ADR certificate, if required
  • Tachograph card, where required
  • Employment & immigration documents

Each document serves a different purpose. Requirements are checked for the specific role and destination.

Before the journey starts.

Can my current driving licence be exchanged?

It depends on the country that issued it. Some licences can be exchanged for a Romanian one and others cannot, and an exchange is never automatic. We check your licence and its categories before anything else is planned.

Do I need initial qualification or periodic training?

That depends on the Code 95 evidence you already hold and when you obtained it. Drivers without it follow the initial qualification route; drivers with valid evidence may only need periodic training. We confirm which applies to you.

Will my role require ADR or tank specialisation?

Only roles that carry dangerous goods need ADR, and only tanker roles need the tank specialisation. The employer's role description decides it, and we tell you before you start any training.

How long will my individual route take?

There is no fixed duration. It depends on your licence, your existing qualifications, the training places available and the authorisation steps for your country. You get an individual timeline once your documents are checked.
