What we do

Recruitment & workforce services

Flexible workforce solutions for permanent, project-based and temporary needs, supported by recruitment, documentation, immigration, mobilisation and post-deployment services across Europe.

Which service fits?

Two answers and you have the one to read. The people come from the same eleven corridors either way; what changes is how long you need them and who employs them.

How long do you need the people?

Whose contract will they be on?

What we do

Five ways to staff a business

The situation each of the five is actually for. If more than one fits, say so on the enquiry and we will recommend the most appropriate structure for the duration, the control you need, the size of the workforce and the destination country.

Permanent recruitment

You keep the people on your own contracts; we find, clear and deliver them.

A permanent placement is a worker you employ directly, on an open-ended contract, sourced from outside the EU. We find them, test them and carry every step the state requires between those two facts; the employment relationship is yours from the first day.

When this is the right one

The role is a standing one and you want the person on your own payroll.

What you get
  • Your worker, on your contract
  • Found and tested at source
  • Documentation & mobilisation coordinated
How it works
  1. The requirement
  2. Selection and trial
  3. Your decision, our file
  4. Contract and arrival

Temporary & seasonal recruitment

Sized to the window you need them for, on your contracts.

A fixed-term placement for work that has a start and an end — a harvest, a build, a season. The contract runs for the window you need it for and closes with it, on exactly the same permit chain as a permanent hire.

When this is the right one

The work is genuinely seasonal and you know both dates.

What you get
  • Sized to your window
  • Ready to work together
  • Destination-specific compliance
How it works
  1. The requirement
  2. Selection and trial
  3. Documentation & mobilisation
  4. Arrival, assignment & close-out

Staff leasing

Where legally permitted, workers on an authorised staffing structure, in your team.

Leasing means the workers do your work on your site while Eurozone stays the employer of record. The employment relationship and everything it carries — payroll, contributions, HR administration — is ours. The working day is yours.

When this is the right one

The workload will change size before it ends.

What you get
  • Employment administration managed
  • Your site, your operations
  • Flexible workforce structure
How it works
  1. The requirement
  2. Selection & testing
  3. Employment & assignment
  4. Ongoing administration

Outsourcing

A defined workforce function, staffed and supervised under an agreed service scope.

Outsourcing hands over a whole function rather than a headcount. We staff it, supervise it day to day and answer for what it produces, against the standard you set and the schedule you keep.

When this is the right one

The activity is necessary but is not your core business.

What you get
  • Operational efficiency
  • Scalable solutions
  • Compliance and risk management
How it works
  1. Understand your needs
  2. Recruit, deploy and onboard
  3. Manage and support
  4. Monitor and optimise

Workforce support & compliance

The housing, transport, papers and training around any of the four.

The services around a placement that a worker cannot arrange from another continent and an employer should not have to improvise: legal consultancy, accommodation and meals, transport, professional certificates and language training.

When this is the right one

You are hiring non-EU workers for the first time.

What you get
  • Stay compliant
  • Focus on your business
  • Reliable and responsive
Our support services
  • HR administration & documentation
  • Payroll processing
  • Immigration and the right to work
  • Contract management
  • Attendance & reporting
  • Worker support & coordination
  • Renewals and compliance
  • Advisory and consulting
How it works
  1. Understand your setup
  2. Implement support
  3. Ongoing management
  4. Review and improve

How working with us actually runs

General information

We connect employers with candidates across the sectors we recruit for. The service is free for candidates — employers fund the process.

For jobseekers

You get access to a live database of roles, matched against your profile by a consultant, at no cost to you.

What we need from jobseekers

A CV, a completed candidate profile, and your availability and earliest start date.

For employers

Pre-screened candidates, a shorter hiring cycle, and a wider pool than the local market alone offers.

What we need from employers

A job description, company information, and the compensation and conditions on offer.

What does it cost, and who pays?

The employer pays. OUG 32/2026 forbids a placement agency from taking any commission, tariff or fee from the people it places, and holds the employer answerable for the same rule. Costs are set out before a contract is signed, not discovered afterwards.

How long before somebody actually starts?

Most placements run three to five months from a signed order to the first day. We do not promise faster, because the state's decision on the single application and the consulate's visa appointment set that pace, and neither is ours to hurry.

What if the role we need is not on the shortage list?

Then the application cannot legally be filed, and we tell you that on the day rather than after the file is already moving. Romanian law allows a placement only where the occupation appears on the Ministry of Labour's List of Shortage Occupations, which is revised twice a year.
