About us
The company, in four parts

How we started
Eurozone Recruiting has spent seven years placing workers from Asia and Africa with employers across Europe, and has traded as Eurozone Recruiting SRL, registered in Bucharest, since 2021 — the year in the registration number at the foot of this page. What started as candidate placement grew into carrying the whole chain — profile, interview, right to work, visa, residence and first day — because employers kept asking us to own the parts that used to fall between agencies.
What we are trying to be
A trustworthy and valuable company, and in time the most prestigious recruitment agency in Romania and in Europe. That is measured in workers who stay and employers who come back, not in placements counted.
What we hold to
We tell an employer the timeline the authorities actually run on, not the one that wins the pitch. We tell a candidate who they will work for and what the contract says before they travel.
Who runs this
Eurozone Recruiting is led by a management team based in Bucharest and Suceava, which coordinates recruitment across our international sourcing network. We are adding names and photographs to this page as the team's public profile grows.
Our proven process
What actually has to happen
Six steps in a fixed order — the visa cannot be applied for before the state has approved the job. We carry all six, and publish a figure only where a published instrument fixes one.
Profile
We build the candidate's profile against your role and screen the CV before you see it.
Interview & testing
Online interview, and a work trial in the candidate's home country.
Documentation
We prepare the employment and immigration file with the candidate, then lodge the single application on the state platform and track it. Romania ended the separate work permit on 8 August 2026.
Right to work & visa
Long-stay visa for employment, D/AM1 or D/AM2. The single application is lodged on the state platform, and the visa is issued by the Romanian consulate in the candidate's country.
Travel & arrival
Once the visa is issued, we coordinate the journey, the arrival and the first days on site.
Residence & post-deployment
After arrival we arrange the residence permit, then stay the contact for the length of the placement.
Why employers and workers stay with us
Six things this company holds to. Every one of them is a claim published elsewhere on this site, with the page that carries it.
- Nobody pays us to be placed
- OUG 32/2026 forbids a placement agency taking any commission, tariff or fee from the people it places. The employer funds the process, and we publish that rule rather than leave it to be discovered.
- We check the law before we take the order
- A placement is only legal where the occupation is on the Ministry of Labour's List of Shortage Occupations. We check first, and say so the same day when the answer is no.
- The trade is tested before you see the file
- An online interview and a work trial in the candidate's own country come before a profile is proposed — so what is judged is the work, not the paperwork.
- One contact, for the length of the placement
- The same person carries the file from the first call to the first day and stays reachable after it. Not a handoff between departments.
- We do not promise what the state decides
- Most placements run three to five months. The decision on the application and the consulate appointment set that pace, and neither is ours to hurry, so no shorter figure is published anywhere on this site.
- International reach, two staffed offices
- Coordinated from Bucharest and Suceava, with international sourcing and expert deployment for projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
