Which cookies this site sets
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and no cookie tracks a visitor across other sites. Two cookies are in use. The first is Cloudflare's: our forms run Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated abuse off them, and Turnstile sets a cookie — its name begins with cf_ — when you start using one of those forms, to hold the result of that check so it does not have to be repeated on every page. A visitor who never touches a form does not receive it. Cloudflare sets it, not us, and we cannot read it. The second is a session cookie issued when a staff member signs into the admin area, so the admin panel knows who is signed in; a visitor browsing the public site never receives that one. Two more cookies exist for people who sign in on the public site, and only for them. A candidate who signs in to their own account at /account receives ez_candidate; a contact of an approved employer who signs in for the talent pool receives ez_emp. Each is set only after you ask to sign in, holds nothing but a random token that names your session on our server, lasts thirty days unless you sign out, and is never used to measure you or to follow you anywhere. Staff who open a draft through a preview link also receive a short-lived ez_preview cookie. Our own YouTube recordings on the fields-of-activity pages are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode: no YouTube cookie is set until you press play and interact with the player; the preview image alone comes from Google's servers. If the build carries an analytics token, the site also loads Cloudflare Web Analytics: a script that counts page views and measures how fast pages load, sets no cookie, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify or track you across sites.
How to refuse cookies
We do not ask before the Turnstile cookie is set, because its job is to keep automated abuse off our forms, and a security check that can be switched off stops being a security check — that is the narrow exception the rules make for a cookie a site needs to stay secure. It is not used to measure you or to follow you across other sites. You can still refuse it. If you block cookies for this site in your browser, or block challenges.cloudflare.com, every page of this site still opens and still reads; the forms may stop working, because a submission that has not passed the check is refused. If you refuse and still want to reach us, write to office@eurozone-recruiting.ro or call one of the numbers on our contact page — neither runs a check, and neither sets a cookie. The staff admin session cookie is never set for a visitor. The two sign-in cookies described above are set only for a visitor who asks to sign in, and signing out deletes them.
